Among our goals is to obtain a high quality products to satisfy our customers and bring prestige to our region. We have a special native variety well known by its very high quality called: LA MORISCA. Our efforts looking for quality have been rewarded in the four first years of elaboration with the following prices in the official taste contest organized by the Extremadura Government:
